Pastor Ben Argil and his wife Susie

I’m honored to be one of God’s children by His love and grace.  My passion is to see Him save and transform lives the way He saved and continues to transform my life.

My Father God has gifted me with gifts and abilities to make Him known.  I desire to be faithful to His call.

God gave me a wonderful loving wife, Susie, 3 awesome children, and 4 beautiful grandchildren.

I am definitely a contemporary worshiper… love singing, playing my guitar, and dancing with my daughter.

One of my dreams and prayer is to see a multiplication of believers that result in many churches that proclaim Jesus as Lord and Savior.

I was born and raised in Florida. In 1979 God and Uncle Sam sent me to Louisiana. Unbeknown to me at the time, God had an amazing woman waiting there for me, and I married her in 1981!

I’ve had many different jobs in my lifetime, but through all those I have had a continual passion for making disciples of Jesus Christ. I’ve had people invest time in me since I began walking with Jesus at the age of 15, coming alongside me to teach and mentor me in becoming His disciple. Jesus clearly tells us in Matthew 28 to “…go and make disciples of all nations [help them learn of Me, believe in Me, and obey My words],…” That has been the call on my life since age 15.

When I have the opportunity, I love to fish (especially saltwater), hunt, camp, hike – pretty much anything outdoors. I also enjoy gardening and cooking – some of you may have had the privilege of eating one of my homemade cakes! Spending time with friends and family is also at the top of the list.img_6256

Randel O’Bryant

Youth Minister

“Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” As a blessed child of God, I desire others to experience the love and power that Christ has impacted me through my life. In today’s day and age, the young people of the world struggle with trials unimaginable. Worldly temptations seem to be running rampant and deceitfulness at an all time high. With the youth of  America being influenced daily, it is my passion to display the one Truth that will never falter or change.

I am a “Kerrvillian” by birth, as I am a 4th generation Hill Country resident. I graduated from Tivy High School in 2012 and Schreiner University in 2016. I love the outdoors including hunting, fishing, swimming, hiking and probably just about anything else you can think of involving outside. Sports have always been the love of my life with football and basketball in the forefront, however I love doing anything active.

My vision for the youth that I have the pleasure of coming in contact with is that they would become the front lines for a spiritual revival, gaining confidence and the wisdom to fulfill the Great Commission as we were all created to do.

Sanctuary is blessed to have Hannah to love on our children!

Not only does she love our children, but she loves to praise our Father with her music talents…

I’m a Louisiana country girl, with swamp mud and Cajun food in my veins! God brought my beloved into my life in 1980, and we married in 1981. Many years together, lots of good times and hard times. God has been the constant, unchanging part of our relationship.

I’m thankful to God for the influence of my strong Christian grandparents. At 14, I realized that I needed Jesus Christ in my life. When I met my husband Steve at 18 years old, I learned what it meant to be a disciple of Jesus. He walked alongside me and taught me.

I’ve been involved in music literally my entire life. My mom exposed me to the music of the 30s, 40s, and 50s, and God blessed me with an ability to sing. My mamaw taught me the old hymns of the church, and being involved in youth choir, school choirs and band gave me experience in other realms of the music world. While Steve and I were at seminary, I was beyond blessed to learn worship leadership. Being able to share what God has taught and is teaching me through music is more than I could have ever imagined. To me, worshipping Him through music leads me to a place of glorifying Him that I haven’t been able to achieve in any other way.

I enjoy cooking, doing crafts, reading, decorating, and organizing. And I’m learning that I enjoy just being still.
